The Blank sheet Project PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering the free The Blank Sheet Project prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. The Blank Sheet Project prize draw is open to customers aged 18 or over.

4. To enter you must submit a product review on theblanksheetproject.com by 11:59pm GMT on 10th June 2011. Arjowiggins Creative Papers does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.

5. There are 2 tickets to the D&AD award to win. Each Prize consists of 1 exclusive entry to the D&AD awards on the 16th June in London worthing a total minimum value of £200 each. If applicable, all taxes and/or duties and/or travel expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. The Prize winners will be the first 2 reviewers drawn at random. All entries will be drawn under the supervision of an independent person within two weeks of the closing date. All winners will be notified by email by no later than 13th July 2011. Claimed Prizes will be sent to winners by post. Arjowiggins Creative Papers'decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. If a Prize is not claimed by return email within 2 days of the winner being notified, Arjowiggins Creative Papers reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative winner.

8. The Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Arjowiggins Creative Papers reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for others of its choosing which have a value the same or greater than the original Prizes in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

11. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that your details, including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Arjowiggins Creative Papers products and news. Arjowiggins Creative Papers complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Arjowiggins Creative Papers reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).

13. Subject to paragraph 14 below, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Arjowiggins Creative Papers excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw, (ii) any loss or, changes to, postponement of or use of the Prize, and (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Arjowiggins Creative Papers' reasonable control.

14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any party's liability for death or personal injury caused by such party's negligence, or for fraud.

15. The Prize Draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
